Timeline

1997                       Diagnosed with NASH

January 2006         Recommended that a Liver Transplant is in order

March 13th            Admitted to ER at New London Hospital

March 14th            Transferred to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center

March 16th            Transferred to Lahey Clinic in Burlington MA

March 17th -22nd    Underwent the Liver Transplant Evaluation

March 22nd            Returned home to Manchester

March 23rd            Discussed at the Weekly Liver Team Meeting

March 24th            Received a call that I had been approved for transplant

                              and put on the UNOS list with a Meld Score of 23

March 28th            Meeting with various Transplant Team Members

March 30th             Taken by ambulance to CMC and admitted to ICU

March 31st             Transferred to Lahey Clinic in Burlington MA

May 2nd                Received a liver and kidney transplant

May 10th               Developed infections and sent to Surgical ICU at Lahey

June 1st                Returned home to our Heavenly Father to be at peace
